A naturally flavoured gouda-style cheese made with unpasteurised cows milk. Available as a young fresh cheese with a semi-hard smooth texture, or in a matured format where the cheese has been aged for up to 12 months, giving a deeper richer flavour whilst retaining a smooth, slightly soft texture.
Other varieties of Teifi include versions with added Nettles, Sweet Peppers, Garlic, Onion & Garlic, Cumin Seed, Laverbread and Oak Smoked.
